How much does a telemarketing campaign cost? I’m often asked that question. How long is a piece of string? The reality is that it depends. But that’s not what most clients want to hear. They want clarity. They want certainty. However, to determine accurately what a lead generation exercise involving telemarketing might cost, any agency needs to understand certain aspects of your requirement. It isn’t as simple as one size fits all.

Of course, you can compare apples with apples if you simply look at an hourly rate. Or, you might evaluate comparative costs per lead. But, that is too simplistic. It’s like expecting the same cost if you buy 100 x 55-inch televisions as opposed to one 17-inch monitor. Amongst other things, scale influences cost.
