“GSA Marketing worked with us on a test campaign to assess the viability of an outbound sales function in what is a relatively niche sector (outdoor learning residential breaks for Special Educational Needs schools) for our centre in the Lake District. The target market was Teachers or Special Needs Coordinators within schools and colleges, with us providing contact details, albeit un-validated, from our existing database – a combination of organisations who had enquired but never visited, or lapsed. We asked them to pitch for our business from a shortlist of potential suppliers and we chose them due to the bespoke attention they paid to our enquiry, and once selected were very pleased with the personal attention they gave us at a senior level. Setting up the campaign with them was very straightforward and we were impressed by the level of reporting through the campaign and the quality of the calls made by their staff, with each call being recorded. Warm leads were passed to us to follow-up and the quality of the contact information supplied very good. The nature of our business is that 1st contact to booking is usually relatively long, but we were delighted that the month long campaign quickly resulted in a booking from an entirely new customer which more than covered the capital cost of the test. We also now have several schools visiting the centre on an inspection trip, and previous experience tells us that a proportion of these will also convert. I worked with GSA Marketing, for 2 very different telemarketing projects during the last year. One, for a campaign in UK, performed by British telemarketers to identify new sales opportunities performing in-depth investigational calls, and another, larger project, spread over 5 months, performed by a multi-language team, reaching 18 countries in Europe and North America with informative and scripted calls. In both projects, I’ve been very pleased with the service and the results provided, for several reasons, including helpful regular reporting and transparent communications, but mainly because the team at GSA adapted the service to Honeywell specifications. They have also always been a gold source of advice that I know I can rely on.

We decided to use GSA Business Development Ltd to support us with our Christmas Marketing Campaigns. Christmas is an important time of year for us as many organisations use this festive period to award their staff with Love2shop Vouchers and Cards for Christmas Bonuses and Annual Awards. Here at Love2shop Business Services, our peak season begins in October and runs until a few days before Christmas. As a result, the volume of inbound calls meant that we were unable to focus on outbound calling as much as we would have liked to. In the past, we have traditionally used our own resources for outbound calls as we like to stay on brand and ensure our customers receive the best experience possible. However due to the sheer volume of calls which needed to be made, we decided to pitch the business out to a few specialist agencies. From our initial meeting, I knew that GSA were the agency to use as they were smaller and more dynamic than the other agencies we’d spoken to, and in turn, I knew that we’d receive a better, more personal service. We were not disappointed, using a segmented approach, GSA contacted many of our customers and prospects at various stages of the their customer life cycle and generated a great number of quality hot leads for our Business Development Team to follow up. The success from this campaign was not achieved by luck. Processes such as the initial face to face briefing session, hot lead notifications, regular teleconferencing, recorded call listening, weekly reporting and the final post project review meant that we were in constant communication with GSA throughout the 8 week duration of the project. This communication was vital to ensure the calls remained relevant and compliant. The preparation that GSA put into our campaign was highly professional and set the foundations for an ongoing successful campaign.
